The yellow popcorn is the most common variety and probably the better popping popcorn. All of our popped popcorn flavors are made with the yellow popcorn. The white popcorn is what you might hear referred to as "hull-less". It may not pop as big and some might say that it doesn't have the same taste as the yellow variety, but it is great for those of you who do not like hauls in your teeth!
